Are you an experienced and proactive Finance Manager looking for a rewarding role with flexibility and variety? Our client, an established organisation based in Silverstone, is looking for a capable and hands-on Finance Manager to join their close-knit team.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running and strategic development of the finance function. You’ll also be responsible for supporting and developing one other member of the finance team, working together to ensure the business operates with clarity, accuracy, and efficiency in its financial processes.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of operational and strategic finance work and is keen to contribute to a business where your voice is heard and your efforts are truly valued. The company offers flexibility to suit your work-life balance, with the option to work either 30 hours over 4 days or 37.5 hours over 5 days.
We’re looking for someone with solid experience in a similar finance role, ideally within a small to medium-sized business. You’ll be confident using Xero, highly organised, and able to manage a broad range of responsibilities with a proactive and hands-on approach. The ideal candidate will be detail-focused, commercially aware, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team. You may be AAT qualified, part-qualified ACCA/CIMA, or qualified by experience, what matters most is your capability and approach.
In return, the business offers a flexible working structure to support your lifestyle, whether that’s a 4-day working week or a standard 5-day week. You’ll join a supportive, people-focused environment where your contribution is genuinely valued. The company is based in a beautiful rural location in Silverstone with on-site parking, and this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a role with both variety and responsibility.
If you’re ready for a role that offers both flexibility and the chance to contribute meaningfully to a growing business, we’d love to hear from you.
