Debbie founded Debbie Burbage Recruitment in 2012 after building her career within both independent and corporate recruitment businesses. Having experienced the strengths of both, she recognised there was an opportunity to create something different. She wanted to build a recruitment agency where people came before targets, relationships mattered more than transactions and every client and candidate received a personal, honest and consultative service. Those values remain at the heart of everything we do today.
