Leading the team is Debbie Burbage-Williams, whose recruitment journey began on 1st April in the mid-1990s. Whilst some may have thought that starting a new career on April Fool’s Day was an unusual choice, it turned out to be one of the best decisions she ever made. More than three decades later, Debbie still loves what she does and remains passionate about helping people and businesses achieve their goals.
Nicki
Nicki brings more than 31 years of recruitment experience, specialising in commercial and finance recruitment. Her extensive knowledge, approachable nature and commitment to finding the right fit for both clients and candidates make her a trusted recruitment partner.
Michelle
Michelle joined the team in 2026, bringing 22 years of finance recruitment expertise and valuable experience gained from working in finance departments. Her insight, professionalism and dedication help businesses and candidates achieve their goals.
Lisa
Lisa has been an integral part of the business since joining in 2017. Known as the team’s trusted proof reader and organiser, she supports colleagues, clients and candidates alike with her enthusiasm, attention to detail and genuine care for people.
