I am a commercially minded, experienced finance professional who enjoys helping businesses make informed decisions, improve performance and achieve their goals. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with business owners, directors and leadership teams, providing financial insight that supports both day to day operations and long term strategic planning.

I am naturally organised, proactive and solutions focused, with a genuine passion for improving processes and creating efficiencies. LOOKING FOR

I am seeking a part time Financial Controller position based in or around Northampton, ideally offering flexibility across either three or five days per week.

I am available at short notice and am keen to join an organisation where I can make an immediate impact. I enjoy working closely with leadership teams to improve financial reporting, strengthen controls, enhance business performance and support informed decision making.

I am particularly attracted to businesses that value finance as a strategic partner and are looking for an experienced professional who can provide both hands on financial management and commercial insight.

Salary expectation: circa £75,000 pro rata.
