I am an experienced finance professional with strong capability in management accounting, analytical reporting, and supporting operational leaders. I enjoy translating complex financial information into clear, actionable insight and managing a wide range of responsibilities simultaneously. My background includes roles in education, public services, and industry, giving me a well-rounded understanding of how finance underpins organisational performance.

LOOKING FOR

I am seeking a Finance Manager or Management Accountant role within industry, ideally somewhere fast-moving where I can take responsibility for budgets, forecasting, and management reporting. I’m drawn to roles where I can work closely with stakeholders, provide meaningful analysis, and contribute directly to improving financial performance.

IMPORTANT TO ME

I value positions where I can balance day-to-day financial duties with influencing wider planning and decision-making. Working with budget holders, helping them understand their numbers, and improving financial awareness across the organisation is especially rewarding. I perform best in environments built on clarity, ownership, and strong standards, where effective prioritisation and proactive problem-solving are appreciated.

INTERESTS

I enjoy refining budgeting and reporting processes, creating models and tools that make financial insight easier to access and understand. • Management accounting: budgeting, forecasting, month-end processes, management accounts, and cost centre analysis
• Supporting and advising budget holders, providing clear and timely financial insight
• Data analysis and reporting to inform planning and performance management
• Strong Excel capability, including development of monitoring and forecasting tools
• Effective at managing competing priorities within fast-paced environments
• Experience in payroll oversight, checks, and forecasting
• Team support including coaching, training, and workflow coordination
• Confident communicator able to simplify financial information for non-finance audiences

• Salary Expectation Circa £50,000 Per Annum
