ABOUT ME

I am a commercially astute Chief Financial Officer with over twenty years of board level leadership experience across group and multi entity environments. My career has been defined by combining strong financial stewardship with strategic insight, enabling businesses to grow sustainably while maintaining disciplined governance and control.

I have led organisations with turnovers in the region of £15 to £20 million, delivering consistent profitability within competitive and often high risk sectors. My experience includes management buyouts, refinancing, treasury management, international expansion and steering businesses through economic cycles with resilience and clarity.

Beyond finance, I have worked closely with boards and senior leadership teams to shape long term strategy, improve operational performance and strengthen organisational structures. I am equally comfortable driving strategic vision and ensuring robust day to day financial management.

LOOKING FOR

I am seeking a Chief Financial Officer position with a salary expectation in the region of £120,000 + per annum.

I am particularly interested in ambitious organisations that value strategic financial leadership, strong governance and commercial partnership at board level. I bring experience in both growth environments and complex restructuring situations, offering steady leadership and informed decision making.

IMPORTANT TO ME

Integrity, transparency and accountability are fundamental to how I lead. I believe the CFO role should extend beyond reporting, acting as a true strategic partner to the CEO and board while safeguarding financial stability and compliance.
