I am a commercially focused, strategic finance leader with board level experience and a strong track record of delivering measurable business improvement. As a qualified Chartered Accountant, I bring both financial rigour and operational insight, enabling me to support growth, manage risk and drive sustainable profitability.
My career has spanned complex, multi-site environments as well as autonomous business units, giving me the ability to operate comfortably at both strategic and operational levels. I am experienced in leading change, improving processes, strengthening governance and supporting senior leadership teams as a trusted business partner. I take pride in building capable finance teams and creating clarity in decision making through accurate, timely and meaningful reporting.
LOOKING FOR
I am seeking a Finance Director or Head of Finance opportunity within Northamptonshire or Buckinghamshire, with a salary in the region of £100,000.
I am particularly interested in organisations that value strategic financial leadership, continuous improvement and strong cross functional collaboration. I am keen to work within a business where finance plays a central role in shaping direction, supporting commercial performance and driving long term success.
