As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Business Management Administrator to join their Northampton team. This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid and flexible working options.


Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing general administrative support to the office.
  • Meeting and greeting office visitors.
  • Helping with internal and external events.
  • Ensuring a great client experience with both in-person visitors and telephone contact with clients and suppliers.
  • Assisting with general office upkeep.
  • Undertaking relevant project work as required.

The Candidate

  • GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 5 or above (or equivalent)
  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills, specifically MS Suite and able to pick up new IT packages very quickly
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A positive, confident and proactive attitude
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and self-motivated
  • Relevant work experience and/or experience of working within a fast-paced office environment.

Benefits

Salary: up to £27,000 per annum, depending on experience  

Hours: Hybrid working after successful completion of your probationary period (three days in the office and two days at home).

Flexible working (flexing your hours around the core working hours of 10am to 4pm)
