The Candidate

We are seeking an experienced finance leader who can thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while bringing the structure, governance, and professionalism needed to support international growth. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable engaging with corporate investors and auditors, as well as rolling up their sleeves to establish robust processes from the ground up. 

• A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven senior finance leadership experience, ideally in a start-up, scale-up, or entrepreneurial environment
• Strong track record in building financial systems, processes, and governance from the ground up
• Expertise in investor reporting, with the ability to deliver high-quality, tailored information to corporate stakeholders
• Working knowledge of Irish accounting regulations
• Experience liaising with external auditors, regulators, and professional advisors
• Commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
• Flexibility to manage calls and meetings across international time zones
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Remuneration 

• Competitive six-figure salary plus bonus (depending on experience)
• Hybrid working if desired (minimum of 3 days per week, working in their Northamptonshire-based office)
• 25 days holiday, plus statutory bank holidays
