We’re looking for someone who brings both technical strength and commercial awareness, but also the right attitude to thrive in an SME environment. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with proven experience at a senior level. You’ll be hands-on and adaptable, comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed, yet confident operating at board level. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you’ll need to build relationships, influence, and provide constructive challenge across the business.
