Financial Reporting & Control: Statutory accounts, management accounts, group reporting, IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP.

Strategic Finance: Budgeting, cash flow forecasting, KPI reporting, bid support, funding, acquisitions, and due diligence.

Audit & Compliance: Internal audit coordination, implementation of controls, IPO preparation.

Systems Expertise: Advanced Excel, Hyperion, Oracle, Cognos, Exchequer, MS Dynamics, Lawson, Sage Line 50 & 200, Sage Payroll, and bespoke systems.

WORKING PREFERENCES

• Available at short notice.
• Seeking £50,000 for 3 days per week (or reduced hours over 4 days).
