Executive Recruitment or Headhunting
Working with you on a retained basis we will source candidates who are in many cases not active in the recruitment arena. Not only will we source these candidates but will conduct the first interviews, (specifically for your position) obtain references (if desired) and help you throughout the hiring process. You will instruct us on an exclusive basis to conduct the entire recruitment effort from beginning to end. Whilst Executive Search is often used for higher level positions, it is increasingly being used to help recruit hard-to-find staff.
Contingency Based Recruitment
After discussing the full job and person requirements, we will source candidates from our existing database, public job boards and candidate referrals.This is often used for junior/middle management positions. In this sort of search, we would have interviewed the candidates but in many cases not specifically for your opportunity. Your vacancy will be discussed at length over the telephone and our shortlist of CV’s will be submitted, leaving it up to you to conduct the first interviews, establish a final shortlist, get references and make the final selection.
Advertising Based Recruitment
With this recruitment method we will place an advertisement in the appropriate trade journal and/or online media in order to attract those candidates that are currently actively looking for positions. We will make a pre-selection of candidates, conduct preliminary interviews and present you with the final shortlist of candidates.
