They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Investor Operations Associate or an Executive Associate with relevant experience to support their growth plans and fundraising efforts. This role will serve as the central point of control for document management, data room build and management, investor/shareholder enquiries, due diligence coordination, and board meeting preparations.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Expertise in data management, with experience in data room building and management, is highly desirable. Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in using data room platforms and document management systems are required. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse cultures and departments are essential.

Salary: Highly competitive
