Debbie Burbage Recruitment is excited to exclusively partner with a thriving SME in Towcester, who is looking to recruit an experienced Financial Controller. This pivotal role reports directly to the joint Managing Directors and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and varied environment.
The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in financial management within an SME setting. Whether you’re fully qualified or qualified by experience, what matters most is your passion for a hands-on role and your ability to handle a variety of tasks. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week – Office based
Holidays: 25 days plus statutory days
Other: Pension in line with auto-enrolment, PHI and Life Assurance
