Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator / Office Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave period.

Working within this friendly, professional office, duties will include:

  • To ensure the efficient running of the office and provide administrative support to senior managers and colleagues.
  • Manage the opening and closing of the office each working day, including ensuring meeting rooms are prepared ready for use.
  • Assisting with other ad hoc admin related matters and communications.
  • Dealing with general induction of new staff and assisting with starter and leaver processes and other admin related HR matters including communication of relevant matters to managers.
  • Being first point of contact with IT providers, maintenance contractors etc.
  • Coordinating IT update/upgrades and resolution of issues.
  • Maintaining the company’s social media presence and assisting with other marketing related activities.
  • Assisting with other ad hoc admin related matters and communications.
  • Traction meeting facilitation
  • Assisting with holiday cover for other admin team members

The candidate

The successful candidate will have strong administration skills, have worked in a similar position previously, enjoy organising and being the “go to person” regarding general office and IT issues.

Remuneration

  • £negotiable depending on experience
  • 25 days holiday plus statutory days, pension
  • Working hours: 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
