You will be working with liked minded people who work together with a common goal.
In many respects this isn’t a traditional Management Accounts role, where you work to strict monthly deadlines and it’s all about the bottom line. Yes you will be busy, yes it will be varied and from a job spec perspective it seems traditional but in reality you will get involved in many areas of the business supporting the financial controller with:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- KPI Analysis
- Review and analyse cost trends
- Accruals and prepayments
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Project analysis
- Ad hoc duties and reporting as required
The ideal candidate will have previous practical experience within management accounts, have a hands-on approach and be willing to role theirs sleeves up and help where required. Experience of Xero would be advantageous but not essential, although strong excel experience is a must.
- £50,000 to £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- 40 hours per week, flexible and hybrid working
- On-site parking
The role is based in Luton and within commutable distance of Dunstable, Houghton Regis, Leighton Buzzard, Aylesbury, Milton Keynes, Hemel Hempstead and Hitchin.
