Monday – Friday Office hours – 8.30am – 5:00pm 

Our client was established in 1972, they are a local company within the services industry. Due to fantastic growth over the last 3 years they are now looking for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to become an integral part of the team for this new, exciting and challenging role.

Reporting to Managing Director

The Role:

  • Recruitment:
    • Responsible for recruiting/attracting candidates to work for the company via Facebook/Social Media
    • Sourcing/Screening for all internal vacancies
    • Supporting Line Managers with interviewing candidates
    • Contracts & New starter information
    • Referencing New Starters
    • Reviewing company processes/procedures/paperwork for recruitment
  • Human Resources:
    • General Administration
    • Disciplinaries/Disputes/Grievances
    • Working with New Starters regarding company paperwork & procedures
    • Employee Relations – assisting staff with any issues/listening & supporting
    • Organising & updating staff personnel records
    • Knowledge of employment legislation
    • Adhoc duties as required

You will require:

  • Previous experience working within Human Resources is essential – ideally within a small to medium size company
  • Experience of dealing with various internal recruitment is essential
  • Some CIPD qualifications would be an advantage
  • This role will suit an approachable people person, who is happy working in a mixed commercial & services environment
