Hours 8:30am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)

Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their established business, delivering excellent customer service in a high-pressure environment.

The Role:

Our Customer Service Advisors are responsible for ensuring our customers’ needs are completely understood and met. They have extensive product and business knowledge and are able to communicate with people from a wide range of backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email, and chat
  • Monitor and respond to customer complaints and questions
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Process customer orders with a high level of accuracy

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
  • Excellent, clear spoken and written communication
  • Well presented
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
  • P.C. literate with particular emphasis on Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Willing to go the extra mile to engage customers and resolve any issues
